![]() In order to staff its new headquarters, the company has signed a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Relocation contract with Decision Toolbox. Currently, JM Eagle has 25 manufacturing plants in North America and a workforce of 2,300 employees. Of the 150 positions available, seven were filled immediately. They were: purchasing manager, asst. VP of sales, mechanical engineer, recruiter/HR administrator, director of employee relations and staffing, director, compensation and benefits and credit manager.
