JM Eagle, the world’s largest manufacturer of plastic pipe, is relocating its corporate headquarters from New Jersey to Los Angeles in a strategic effort to be closer to its Pacific Rim suppliers.

In order to staff its new headquarters, the company has signed a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Relocation contract with Decision Toolbox. Currently, JM Eagle has 25 manufacturing plants in North America and a workforce of 2,300 employees.

Of the 150 positions available, seven were filled immediately. They were: purchasing manager, asst. VP of sales, mechanical engineer, recruiter/HR administrator, director of employee relations and staffing, director, compensation and benefits and credit manager.

Decision Toolbox, a recruitment process outsourcing company, has filled thousands of positions for large and small clients nationwide since its founding in 1992. The company has expertise that crosses virtually all industries and disciplines and recruitment is done at an average cost of 7 percent of the position’s first-year salary.

“JM Eagle’s growth and success is inextricably linked to its most important asset – its people,” says Nooshin Nathan, asst. VP of Human Resources at JM Eagle. “Our company is dedicated to fostering a work atmosphere that motivates ingenuity and creative development. With Decision Toolbox’s help, we hope to continue to attract the best, brightest and most knowledgeable employees in the pipe industry.”
