Memphis Group, owner of Memphis at Santora in downtown Santa Ana,
recently launched the newest incarnation of its dinner menu. The
cuisine explores shared plates, in-house smoked barbecue items,
seasonal market selections, an impressive wine list and a fresh look at
classic Memphis favorites.
The new menu offers big flavors
and outstanding values with items such as Popcorn Shrimp, Fried Okra,
Green Chile Grits and Sweet Potato Fries. The Bison Burger – topped
with cranberry mayo, red onion and Gorgonzola cheese – is a house
favorite.

Rockin’
Baja Coastal Cantina opened its newest location in Huntington Beach on
Wednesday, Nov. 11. Famous for its Baja Buckets, fresh seafood and
ice-cold margaritas, Rockin’ Baja Coastal Cantina invites guests to
escape to the laid-back party vibe of the beaches of Mexico. The new
Rockin’ Baja Coastal Cantina is located at the Bella Terra Mall in
Huntington Beach; it is the eatery’s seventh location in California.
