Orange County resorts, hotels, and retail centers are offering a lots of services and events this holiday season.

Whether it’s dining, revelry, pampering or a one-day getaway you’re seeking this season, you needn’t go farther than your own back yard – or front yard, as the case may be.
OCeanfront, the marketing alliance of 12 Orange County coastal resorts, hotels and retail centers, has put together an enormous list of all the special dinners, celebrations, spa treatments and events happening at the region’s premier properties this season. Let’s work our way through the calendar and around the map for the most glittering holiday highlights O.C. has to offer:
• Shopping – With Fashion Island and its stunning décor and outdoor promenades, and South Coast Plaza, with its 96-foot-tall Christmas tree, Orange County is an embarrassment of retail riches.
• Company party – At the newly renovated Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa, event planners can go green or “blu,” with a percentage of the bill going to Amazonas Sustainable Foundation or a discount at Pure Blu spa.
• Entertaining out-of-towners – What better way to dazzle visitors than a leisurely lunch with an ocean view? The Resort at Pelican Hill is finally open and has surpassed highest expectations. Bring the platinum card; your guests are sure to be impressed. Or dine at Studio at the Montage Laguna Beach.
