The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar

Just as a combination of the right wine complements a meal, a restaurant that combines culinary knowledge, taste and ambience garners a Restaurant of the Year award from the Orange County Concierge Association (OCCA) two years running.
   
Such an honor has been bestowed on The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar in Tustin.
   
The Winery captured and held the attention of the organization by fulfilling its promise to provide California cuisine in a “hip, vibrant, sophisticated” setting.
   
“Members from the top hotels throughout Orange County base their decision on the quality of food, service, ambience and, of course, the restaurant’s working relationship with the concierge,” says Susan Hientz, board member and spokeswoman for the OCCA. “The selection is not an easy one. The Winery shined in all respects.”
   
The Winery’s Managing Partner JC Clow believes that the concierges have come to understand our commitment to excellence.
   
“We really appreciate the tremendous support and recognition of our con-cierge friends, and this prestigious award is a result of a team effort here at The Winery,” he says.
   
The team includes partners William Lewis, Patrick “Irish” Quinn and Yvon Goetz, who is also the executive chef.
   
The Winery features 650 wines that are rotated weekly. The menu boasts wild game, USDA prime steaks and selections of fish from the Pacific Rim flown in daily from Hawaii. Such variety allows many combinations of food and wine to suit the culinary tastes of each guest.
   
The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar is located at the District at Tustin Legacy.
