The exhibit’s more than 300 animatronic figures represent children of
different nationalities and have been uniting the world since 1966,
drawing people from across the world to the resort, which spans 500
acres and boasts two theme parks, three hotels and a shopping district.
Originally created in 1964 for the New York World’s Fair, the
attraction was built to benefit UNICEF and dedicated to the welfare of
children worldwide.
The last change to It’s a Small World occurred in 2009 when toys dressed as classic Disney characters were placed in various geographic locations.
The marquee will be the only new change made to the exhibit. << PREVIOUS PAGE
