Joe DiPenta will be preparing his family’s lasagna recipe and Ducks teammates will be on hand to help serve. The cost is $55 per person and proceeds raised will benefit Caterina’s Club, a nonprofit founded by Bruno Serato, owner of the Anaheim White House. Caterina’s Club was named in honor of Serato’s mother, Caterina Lunardi and the organization is committed to feeding the area’s “motel kids” – children of working poor in Orange County who reside in the low-cost motels. Each night, 100 hot meals are prepared at the restaurant, picked up by a van purchased by Serato and distributed to these children.
