Hartsock has been an active member of the chamber for more than seven years, has partnered with the Orange County chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and serves as a mentor to high school students. “My role at F&M has provided me with a wonderful opportunity to connect people and encourage women to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals,” said Hartsock, an eight-year employee of the bank who serves as the Huntington Beach branch manager. “This award comes as a complete surprise, and I am humbled and honored to be recognized for assisting women in this great community."
