With more than 39 years of personal injury litigation experience, Doug Easton spent his first six years of practice representing insurance companies and learning their tricks. For the past 33 years, he has used that knowledge against them and helped thousands of injured people maximize their meritorious claims. Mr. Easton received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 1967, his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1970, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1971. He has served as an Orange County Superior Court temporary judge, arbitrator and mediator and belongs to numerous trial advocacy and professional organizations and has lectured on trial advocacy skills. For 25 years, he has had Martindale-Hubble’s highest A-V rating for legal skill and ethical conduct. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America since 2007 and was recognized as a Super Lawyer in 2009 and 2010.
