Santa Ana's First American: a military-friendly employer
Firm named among G.I. Jobs magazine's top 100.

Santa Ana-based First American Corp. has been named among the Top 100 Military-Friendly Employers by G.I. Jobs magazine.
The award puts the business-information provider in the top 2 percent of 5,000 employers with revenues of more than $500 million, according to First American.
The firm was honored for its salary and benefit policies for employees who are either called to active duty or serve in the reserves. First American also received recognition for its Veterans Employee Business Council, which sponsors programs that support service men and women and their families. The platform honors veterans for their dedication, as well.
"The men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces stand ready to make the ultimate sacrifice for all of us here at home," says First American Chairman and CEO Parker Kennedy. "But beyond that, many active and reserve service men and women make significant financial, career and family sacrifices to serve their country.
