Irvine homes take the lead in Realtor.com's list of the top 10 most-searched listings in Orange County for the week beginning Oct 19.

The city has four of the top 10 listings: No. 4, 7, 9 and 10. However, beach city properties continue to reign: 424 Avenida Salvador in San Clemente came in at No. 1 for the second week in a row, with a median price of $550,000. Listings in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and Huntington Beach, as well as Costa Mesa comprise the rest of the list.

In the prior week's results (Oct. 12), beach cities dominated, with six listings in the top 10, but Irvine only featured one property.

Though the top home features the lowest price on the most recent list, the median price for homes is $629,000. All homes featured fall within 20 percent of that number.
