While a senior vice president at Chevy Chase Bank, he expanded the
mortgage loan origination platform throughout the West Coast and
established the Western Division wholesale operation and national
correspondent program from inception.
“Expanding into Southern
California is a natural and logical step for Fremont Bank, as there is
a noticeable need for a proven, trusted community bank to provide sound
residential mortgage lending support,” says Gary De Luca, Fremont Bank’s vice president of Residential Lending. “We are also fortunate
