Global Hunter Securities investment bank is set to host 100 China-based companies with U.S.-traded shares at an inaugural conference in July.

The Global Hunter Securities China Conference, scheduled for July 12-13 at the St. Regis in San Francisco, will feature presentations by companies covering investments, growth plans, outlook and positioning in China’s market.

“We are experiencing increased interest in the China sector from our institutional investor client base, which prompted us to host the conference,” said Daniel O. Conwill IV, chairman and CEO of Newport Beach-based Global Hunter Securities. “Our conference will present a strong group of quality, China-based companies that we believe offer outstanding investment opportunities.”

Global Hunter Securities is a full-service investment bank focusing on middle market corporate and institutional clients. Equity research and financial advisory services are provided out of their offices in Los Angeles, New York, Houston, New Orleans, Newport Beach and Hong Kong.
