Kean Coffee and Shari’s Berries partner to make 'golden' treats
Official Sponsors of the Golden Foodie Awards will be making exclusive gold-themed treats

Family-owned Kean Coffee has been raved by both the Los Angeles Times and Orange County Register as the “Best Coffeehouse” in O.C. Their organic and fair trade coffees model culinary works of art. Kean recently revealed its new Golden Affogato, which will be exclusively available during the Golden Foodie Awards season. The drink fuses Lola’s local artisan vanilla ice cream and a shot of Kean’s famous espresso then is drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with Guittard chocolate shavings and edible genuine gold flakes. The yummy drink will available at both Kean Coffee locations in Tustin and Newport Beach for $4.50 through September 30th.
“The entire Kean Coffee team is honored to be caffeinating the Golden Foodie Awards and proud to be the official coffee roaster for the event,” said Martin and Karen Diedrich on their involvement in the Awards.
Official dessert sponsor Shari’s Berries, a luxury dipped berry and dessert company, announced its new gourmet “Golden” Cocktail Berries, to be featured at the Golden Foodie Awards. The excusive cocktail holds a medley of dipped berries with flavored hints of Butter Rum, Amaretto, or Champagne, and then decorated with gold swizzles and shimmer sugar. A full dozen of the Cocktail Berries is $39.99 and available online at berries.com.
