HB's Green Expo, continued ...
“The
point is to educate everyone in protecting our environment and doing
their part in saving energy,” Alberty says. “Other cities periodically
have green expos, as well. I make it a point to go to as many as
possible to pick up information that could be useful.”
For
those practicing sustainable living at home or at the office, the Green
Expo is an excellent place to gather earth-friendly products and
knowledge.
“This is open to all who would like to come
learn how to be eco-friendly,” Alberty says. “It is not exclusive to
H.B. residents or H.B. businesses.”
The Green Expo will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Huntington Beach Central Library’s parking lot, located at 7111 Talbert Ave.
