Anaheim's Harbor Lofts auction is Dec. 13
The bidding on 54 contemporary downtown lofts is expected to open as low as $165,000.

Beverly Hills-based real estate auctioneer Kennedy Wilson will bang the gavel to open bidding for downtown Anaheim’s Harbor Lofts at 1 p.m. on Sunday, December 13 at the Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim. The auction should last two hours and registered participants are advised to arrive no later than noon. The deadline for registration is Thursday, December 10 at 5 p.m.
Bids are expected to start as low as $165,000 for 2-bedroom lofts and $210,000 for 3-bedroom lofts; these were previously priced at up to $350,000 and $540,000, respectively. Even the largest loft unit, a 3-bedroom 2-bath floor plan formerly listed at $540,000, will carry a starting bid of $295,000.
