Heritage General Agency's Irvine branch recently garnered the Best of Irvine Award in the category of Insurance Agents, Brokers and Service. The U.S. Commerce Association's Best of Local Business Award recognizes outstanding regional businesses throughout the country.
Each year, the USCA identifies companies it believes stand out in the field of marketing on the local level. The agency also seeks businesses that reflect a positive image of small business and customer service.
“This is a real honor for our organization,” says Emily Lomax, senior vice president and division director at the company's L.A. headquarters. She says it was Julie Savage, senior vice president and branch manager of the Irvine office, as well as her staff, that helped earn the honor.
Heritage General Agency is a wholesale insurance brokerage firm that offers a variety of commercial insurance products including auto physical damage, earthquake, manufacturing risks and product liability.
Multiple sources are used to determine the winners, who are selected based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties. The Washington D.C.-based organization works to promote local businesses in towns small and large around the country through public relations, marketing and advertising.
