working with each other across tables for many years, it occurred to us
that our combination of talents would serve out clients on both coasts
very well and would allow for efficiencies that could be passed along
to the clients,” says Hewitt. “We have assembled some of the nation’s
most respected attorneys, based on their area of expertise, legal track
record, and personal integrity.”
Hewitt’s syndicated radio talk show is heard on more than 100 stations across the country.
“We
enjoy long-term relationships with our current clients, and our new
firm will allow us to be even more responsive and nimble when working
with companies in today’s challenging business climate,” he continues.

Wolensky’s specialties include products liability, commercial, business
and real estate litigation, crisis management, environmental and land
use law in addition to suits involving catastrophic injury.
“We
provide our clients with meaningful partnerships,” says Wolensky, who
left a 19-year career at Snell & Wilmer to form the new firm. “We
are interested in forging deep relationships that will leave companies
feeling protected, well-informed and well-served.”
