USIS Commercial Services and Irvine’s HireRight unite
HireRight Inc. and USIS Commercial Services Inc. have merged to form HireRight Solutions Inc.

Irvine-based HireRight, a leader in on-demand employment screening solutions has announced that it is merging with Falls Church, Va.-based USIS Commercial Services Inc. The new company will use the brand name HireRight Solutions, to create one of the largest and most capable screening solution providers in the world.
The companies began their transition to a single brand name following the acquisition of HireRight by U.S. Investigations Services LLC last year.
Under the HireRight brand name, the combined companies will offer complementary and expanded capabilities to their already extensive customer base. The increased size and scale will build to the new company’s goal: delivering the most comprehensive and highest value employment-screening solutions in the industry.
