A four-bed, three-bath home in Anaheim Hills came in at No. 5, with a price of $500,000. The most expensive last week was a $750,000, four-bed, three-bath residence in Coto de Caza. It was No. 2. The weekly ranking on the National Association of Realtors' official Web site listed 10 properties within 20 percent of the median price of $625,000. Among the others on the list? Two Irvine properties and two Newport Beach homes.
