The five-bed, three-bath property, which is located on Hingham Drive, was listed at $600,000 – but it's not the lowest price on the list. A four-bed, three-bath home in Anaheim Hills came in at No. 5, with a price of $500,000. The most expensive last week was a $750,000, four-bed, three-bath residence in Coto de Caza. It was No. 2.

The weekly ranking on the National Association of Realtors' official Web site listed 10 properties within 20 percent of the median price of $625,000.
