Santa Ana's Ingram Micro launches two new divisions
The move accommodates a growing market in advanced technologies.

Santa Ana-based Ingram Micro has launched two new integrated technology divisions that are aimed at strengthening its distribution business.
The Ingram Micro Advanced Technology and Advanced Computing divisions were designed to support channel partners in the U.S. that market and sell high-end technology solutions and services.
The divisions also provide a comprehensive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities within advanced technology categories, such as data center infrastructure and network security.
"The addition of these two overarching technology divisions allows Ingram Micro to provide the specialization, high customer touch and dedicated resources necessary to further advance our channel partners into mid-market opportunities and help them capture more profitable growth," said Keith Bradley, executive vice president of Ingram Micro North America.
