A new UCI-Living website, Facebook fan page and texting program were set up to promote interaction among residents. In addition, the new general manager, Lisa Mason, is working with the activities director, Chloe Nario, to create special events for residents. Apartments in the communities also received upgrades to the counter tops, cabinetry and flooring. “This new way of thinking about apartment living maximizes opportunities for our residents to enjoy their lives,” said Baldridge. “With seven outstanding properties so close together, we decided to invite residents to enjoy all the amenities while bringing in staff dedicated to enhancing social opportunities and making their daily lives better.” Related headlines Irvine Co.
