The new Stonegate neighborhoods, Saratoga and Mendocino, will feature single-family detached homes with three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four bathrooms. “The extraordinarily strong response by homebuyers in Irvine – especially in the Village of Stonegate – is causing our neighborhoods to sell out at a very quick pace,” said Tom Veal, vice president of residential sales and marketing for Irvine Pacific. “Saratoga and Mendocino offer new homebuyers charming and spacious single-family detached homes with open floor plan designs and downstairs bedroom options in select plans.” Homes in the new Saratoga neighborhood will range from 1,907 square feet to 2,181 square feet and priced from $600,000 to $800,000. The Mendocino homes range from 2,221 square feet to 2,452 square feet for $800.000 to $900,000.
