Irvine Pacific’s newest neighborhood, Cambria, is set to grand open in Irvine’s Village of Stonegate on Saturday, Jan. 26. The community is the seventh area to open in Stonegate, and offers model homes with three different floorplans for prospective buyers.
“Cambria provides first-time homebuyers and young families with a great opportunity to enjoy the unique lifestyle found in the Village of Stonegate,” said Tom Veal, Vice President of Residential Sales and Marketing for Irvine Pacific. “Attractive home prices and historically low interest rates, combined with open floorplans that emphasize casual living and indoor-outdoor entertaining make Cambria very attractive to young professionals looking to own a home and eager to live in a master-planned community with world-class schools, safe neighborhoods and abundant amenities.”
The townhouses range from 1,503 to 1,690 square feet and pricing will start from around the low $500,000s. These homes will feature 2 to 3 bedroom, 1.5 and 2 bathrooms, and kitchens with stainless steel appliances.
Irvine Pacific researches consumer feedback and interaction to create innovative, technologically advanced, and energy efficient homes, according to company representatives. “Our research process has provided a number of key insights, including that homebuyers recognize that we are long-term owners with a strong commitment to high quality and customer service, and we know our customers as well as anybody,” Veal said. “Irvine Pacific provides a high-quality home that responds to the ever-changing lifestyles, needs and desires of today’s families.”
Irvine Pacific homes feature open entertainment areas, flexible rooms, bigger kitchens, and more functional indoor and outdoor living spaces. The homes also showcase larger bedrooms and bathtubs, wider hallways, big kitchen islands, built-in desks, large windows, crown moulding, and coffered ceilings.
Cambria is located near Stonegate Park, which has baseball and soccer fields, full basketball and tennis courts, a sand volleyball area, and barbecues and picnic tables; and not far from Hummingbird and Mockingbird Parks, which have swimming pools. The Village will include several other parks that are currently still in development. The neighborhood also gives resident parents the chance to enroll their kids in the nearby Stonegate Elementary, Sierra Visa Middle School, and Northwood High School. The University of California, Irvine is located about seven miles away.
