Irvine Co. Retail Properties welcomes new eateries
More than a dozen restaurants are joining shopping centers throughout Newport, Irvine.

More than a dozen restaurants have opened or are preparing to open in various Irvine Co. Retail Properties shopping centers throughout Irvine and Newport Beach.
“Our properties continue to be desirable destinations, as evident by brisk restaurant leasing,” said Senior Vice President of Leasing Fred Collings. “Our commitment is to provide the best concepts that fit each property and to provide the customer with a variety of dining choices for the communities we serve.”
Here’s a list of the new dining destinations:
• California Teriyaki Grill (University Center)
• Chef Yen’s Chinese & Thai Fusion (Sand Canyon Plaza)
• Chipotle Mexican Grill (The Crossroads)
• Chronic Tacos (Westcliff Plaza)
• The Counter (Westcliff Plaza)
• Da Luau Hawaiian Grill (Trabuco Grove Shopping Center)
• The Flame Broiler – The Rice Bowl King (Woodbury Town Center)

• Jin Jin Asian Diner (The Market Place)
• Joey’s Smokin’ BBQ (The Market Place)
• Koba Tofu Grill (Campus Plaza)
• Rustica (Fashion Island)
• Subway (Trabuco Grove Shopping Center and Quail Hill Village Center)
• True Food Kitchen (Fashion Island)
