The median home price was $380,000 in April, according to figures released from DataQuick. Ventura was the second most expensive, with a median home price of $340,000. The company hopes the promotion will help young people begin their lives in the region, according to Colleen Lambros, vice president of Irvine Co. Apartment Communities.
