Irvine Co. helps out graduates, continued ...

“Orange County is admired for having some of the brightest and most promising young people in the nation," she continues. "Our goal with this program is to celebrate them, and help them take root in Orange County.”

Individuals are asked to present a valid four-year or graduate-school diploma from a U.S.-based university or college at the time of hold deposit. Graduation must have occurred between Jan. 1 and July 30 of this year, and graduates of two-year colleges or trade schools do not qualify. The promotion does not include any of the Irvine Co.'s HUD or 1221 Ocean Avenue communities.

The Irvine Co. Apartment Communities owns and operates 90 such developments in Orange County, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and San Diego. It is also the exclusive builder of new multifamily rental projects in its master-planned communities on The Irvine Ranch.
