Irvine Pacific opens new neighborhood in Stonegate
Santa Maria’s homes were designed with indoor-outdoor living in mind.

The grand opening of Irvine Pacific’s newest neighborhood, Santa Maria, will take place in the Village of Stonegate on Saturday, Oct. 15, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Santa Maria is located on Irvine Boulevard between Sand Canyon Avenue and Jeffrey Road. The opening will allow new homebuyers to tour model homes showcasing three different floorplans.
“Santa Maria provides new homebuyers with a great opportunity to enjoy the unique lifestyle found in Irvine, especially in the Village of Stonegate” said Tom Veal, vice president of residential sales and marketing for Irvine Pacific. “Attainable home prices, historically low interest rates and innovative floorplans that emphasize casual living and outdoor entertaining all combine to make Santa Maria very attractive to young professionals looking to own a home and eager to live in a master-planned community with world-class schools, safe neighborhoods and abundant amenities.”
Santa Maria’s three model homes include townhouses and flats with floorpans intended to encourage indoor-outdoor living. They range from approximately 1,386 to 1,614 square feet and are priced from the mid $400,000s. The houses include two to three bedrooms, two to three baths, and kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Some include a first-floor bedroom and courtyards, atriums or decks.
Santa Maria is the fifth neighborhood in The Irvine Pacific Collection at the Village of Stonegate, which features Stonegate Park, the Jeffrey Open Space Trail and Woodbury Town Center. They are close to the Trabuco Grove Shopping Center, Orchard Hills Village Center, The Market Place and Irvine Spectrum Center.
The Irvine Pacific Collection’s Sales Gallery at Santa Maria is open every day but Monday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
