Vic Liu, CEO of Web Advanced, a Web design and development agency, was quoted in the article, saying, "Irvine is small business-friendly. There are quite a few office spaces and office parks. It's very easy to find talented employees and resources."
Irvine was also named to BusinessWeek's list of The Best Cities for Riding Out a Recession in October.
