Irvine-based Jamboree Housing garners 2 Gold Nugget Awards

Firm receives national honor for affordable projects in Anaheim, Irvine.

Irvine-based Jamboree Housing received two Gold Nugget awards from the Pacific Coast Builders Conference for its affordable properties in Anaheim and Irvine.

The Granite Court Apartment Homes in Irvine is among six Awards of Merit Finalists, and the Diamond Apartment Homes in Anaheim is among five Awards of Merit Finalists. The projects received the honor for creative achievements in architectural design and land-use planning. Both were designed by Irvine-based KTGY Group.

Diamond Apartments is a green multifamily development that offers affordable housing and mental health supportive services for previously homeless individuals and their families. The complex has 15 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom units.
