Irvine homes in demand on Realtor.com
Five properties were among the Web site's list of the top 10 most-searched in O.C.

Five Irvine homes were among Realtor.com's list of the top 10 most-searched properties in Orange County for the week of Sept. 28-Oct. 4. The city had the most listings in the ranking, while Newport Beach, Mission Viejo, Yorba Linda, Brea and Buena Park had one each.
The list is compiled weekly from the site, which is run by the National Association of Realtors. The most recent ranking is compiled of homes within 20 percent of the median listing price of $645,000. Coming in at No. 1 was 37 Boulder Creek Way in Irvine, with a price of $680,000. Irvine homes also came in at No. 3, 5, 6 and 10.
This compares to the week before (Sept. 21-Sept. 27), when the No. 1 most-searched home was 17721 Lewis Lane in Huntington Beach, and only one Irvine home was among the top 10.

2. 20102 Spruce Ave., Newport Beach: $650,000
3. 28 Teak Bridge, Irvine: $719,000
4. 24641 Doria Ave., Mission Viejo: $600,000
5. 14586 Sweetan, Irvine: $691,000
6. 56 Middlebury Lane, Irvine: $699,000
7. 5595 Van Gogh Way, Yorba Linda: $700,000
8. 3686 Sandpiper Way, Brea: $550,000
9. 7321 Kensington Drive, Buena Park: $549,900
10. 29 Grape Arbor, Irvine: $749,000
