Irvine’s Local.com sees record search traffic
The second quarter numbers for the largest private label, local search network in the U.S. were the highest ever.

Irvine-based Local.com Corporation a leading local search site and network, announced its second quarter 2009 organic traffic numbers Wednesday.
The results indicate that the company reached record search traffic of 63 million monthly unique visitors (MUVs) on its site and network during the months of April, May and June.
This figure constitutes a 5 percent increase from 60 million MUVs during the first quarter of 2009, and a leap of 32 percent from 48 million MUVs during same quarter, 2008.
