![]() Goetz is planning a live-cooking station on the Vineyard patio that involves the guest. There will be tray-passed hors d’ouevres and the menu will incorporate many signature Mexican ingredients that will complement the flavors of the tequilas. Planned dishes include: ceviche, crispy seared striped bass, beef tamales and churros. Chef de Cuisine Daniel Garcia will certainly lend his insight and expertise into the creation of the menu.
