Additionally, the same prosecutor allegedly caused Broadcom’s former head of
human resources, Nancy Tullos, to lose her job at a different company
as part of an effort to get her to cooperate with the investigation,
according to Carney. Tullos pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice
and was a key government witness at the trial.
“The judge spoke for everyone,” Nicholas said outside the courtroom.

disagreed with the judge’s order and would consider its options.
