Ten students from Cal State Fullerton, Golden West College, Saddleback College and Santa Ana College received a total of $40,000. Through the Deloras Jones RN Scholarship Program, funds are given to these individuals, depending on their financial needs and the specific degree they are pursuing. Kaiser Permanente, which has multiple medical centers throughout Orange County, has donated over $4 million to nursing education in 2008 alone. |
