Kingston Digital releases latest high-performance memory drive
The HyperX 3K SSD is Kingston Digital’s newest affordable solid-state drive

Fountain Valley-based Kingston Digital has announced the release of its newest high-performance memory drive, the Hyper X 3K SSD (solid-state drive). The lower-priced drive allows users to simultaneously experience high quality gaming, multitasking and multimedia processing power.
“Kingston is devoted to offering the best upgrade solution for every market segment. The new Kingston HyperX 3K SSD is specifically designed to meet the needs of budget-minded gamers, PC enthusiasts and A/V professionals looking for powerful upgrades,” said Ariel Perez, Kingston’s SSD business manager.
The new solid-state drive is aimed towards budget-minded gamers, multitaskers, and system builders. The HyperX 3K SSD allows faster loading of games and applications and conveniently allows quick transfers and editing of large files.
The drive is available in 90GB, 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacities with a SandForce SF-2281 processor and a sequential read/write output of 555/510MB/s and max random R/W IOPS of 85k/74k.

Kingston offers a three-year warranty with free technical support for the new Hyperx 3K SSD.
