Kofax's Capture 8.0 recognized by KMWorld magazine
The Irvine-based company's product made the publication's list of Trend-Setting Products.

Kofax, which specializes in management products for document-driven business practices, has earned a round of applause for its Capture 8.0 – KMWorld magazine named the product to its list of Trend-Setting Products. The list features user-friendly programs employed by companies looking to ease time-consuming business processes.
The Kofax Capture 8.0 assists businesses by digitally capturing documents and transforming the content into data. It also delivers the resulting information to the organization’s business applications and databases. The Kofax Capture was released and rebranded in March 2008 with additional features, as well: It provides heightened security with its disaster recover function and works with IBM DB2 and Oracle databases.

Kofax was also named to KMWorld's 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management, which recognizes companies demonstrating a commitment to innovation and are working to enhance the knowledge management industry.
