![]() The Laguna Beach Visitors & Conference Bureau has released its Passport to the Arts 2009, an unlimited pass to three of the city’s renowned arts festivals all summer long. City officials hope this first-time collaboration will help boost ticket sales in a time of economic uncertainty. The season pass, priced at $19, highlights Laguna Beach’s the Festival of the Arts (July 5-Aug. 31), Sawdust Art Festival (June 26-Aug. 30), and Art-A-Fair (June26-Aug. 30).
