Accurate Background Inc., which specializes in technology-based employment background screening products, has completed the integration of its Taleo Business Edition partnership. The new addition will offer businesses and organizations a preconfigured technology solution to allow for rapid implementation and efficiency in the hiring process.
Intended for midsize to large businesses of up to 5,000 employees, Taleo Business Edition, used in conjunction with Accurate Background, allows companies to better leverage the use of Taleo's employee hiring platform with the background-screening program.
Among the features of the Taleo Business Edition: Service and technology elements are built into the automated workflow process, and employers have single sign-on access and can request background checks and status updates on reports. It offers better overall management throughout the hiring process. The program also provides access to a variety of custom management reports for real-time statistics.
Accurate Background and Taleo have partnered since 2004 to create a flexible program that allows employers to form a background screening process that suits their unique requirements and needs.
