![]() My husband and I enjoyed Cha Cha’s Wood-Fired Queso Fundido and Shrimp Ceviche for starters, Chicken Hash and Carne Asada for main entrées, and Tres Leches Cake and Chocolate Banana Taquitos for dessert. And, of course, we tried a few of Cha Cha’s specialty cocktails – the House Margarita with homemade sour mix, the Cha Cha Margarita with ruby-red grapefruit juice, the Mango-Habanero with fresh mango purée and habanero infusion, and the Fresh Cranberry with, yes, fresh mulled cranberries and a little dash of coriander. Each of the above-mentioned selections is a standout. Take the Wood-Fired Queso Fundido, for example. A bowl of melted cheese mixed with chorizo and peppers, it can be greasy and almost too rich to eat. Ours was wonderful – neither overly greasy nor too much of anything. The ceviche was filled with shrimp, tomatoes and onions, and doused in citrusy goodness. And the Carne Asada, a sizeable cut of skirt steak that’s seasoned and marinated in a tasty Churrasco sauce, was cooked up tender, juicy and bursting with flavor in every bite. Sunday brunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Go there and add zing to your day. WHERE: 110 W.
