Mitsubishi Electric Visual Systems America will participate in Tailgate Tour 2011, the largest traveling fan experience in college football, this October. The company, headquartered in Irvine, is offering the chance for one college football fan at each game to win the largest mass-produced home cinema TV, complete with HD, 3D and Internet.

Mitsubishi will exhibit this 92-inch television and various accessories during the Tailgate Tour.

“We’re excited to show college football fans our larger-than-life big-screen TV experience, and what better way to show it off than with our flagship 92-inch TV,” says James Chan, vice president of marketing at Mitsubishi. “This weekend and through October, we’ll give college football fans the fully immersive large-screen experience that has become the new standard in bringing the game to life at home.”

Fans can enter the contest at Tailgate Tour 2011 events by registering at the Mitsubishi TV booth during the Alabama vs. Ole Miss game on Oct. 15 and the Wisconsin vs. Michigan State game on Oct. 22. After registering, every fan will receive a bracelet that can be scanned at their favorite team’s game each week for a chance to win in a random drawing.
