MyNextGig named finalist in 2012’s iTalent Competition
A new job-finding websites competes for top honors for its innovating hiring and employment techniques

Newport Beach-based job-finding website and start-up MyNextGig.com, has been recognized as one of Orange County’s top five human resource technologies of 2012 and a fast emerging website in job finding.
MyNextGig.com is a finalist in this year’s iTalent Competition, which is sponsored by Oracle and StartUp America. The top five finalists will compete on May 2 during the HR Outsourcing Association (HROA) Today Forum and Workforce Congress.
“Our vision is to create the nation’s most successful job seeking website, and this announcement puts our company one step closer,” says Richard Linden, co-founder and CEO of MyNextGig.com.
Founded in 2003, HROA is a global association that aims to improve the quality and efficiency of the human resource delivery service. With the struggling economy, many recent graduates and young professionals alike are having trouble getting their start into the working world. Economic stability and job security seem to be a grim outlook for many young adults.
MyNextGig.com, aimed towards the college/young adult audience, focuses on the hourly wage sector, seasonal, and part-time employees and employers.
