A testament to renewing confidence in the Southland’s housing market, new homebuilding and development company Melia Homes will soon release three newly constructed homes, celebrate a model grand opening and unveil a third new home neighborhood in January 2012.
   
Focused on entry-level and first-time, move-up single-family developments, Melia Homes is preparing to release a trio of single-family residences at The Enclave in Costa Mesa concurrent with the model premier at Donovan Ranch in Anaheim. Savvy shoppers can also look forward to the anticipated opening of Anaheim’s Cassia Lane near Downtown Disney and Anaheim’s GardenWalk.
   
Melia Homes’ owner BJ Delzer, a 22-year veteran of the real estate development industry, says, “According to the latest UCLA Anderson Forecast for the local housing market, Orange County will have a half-million-dollar median sales price again by 2012, and home sales volume will rebound by a notable 43% over the next two years.  Given the research findings, now is clearly the time to take advantage of such timely offers for a new home.”
   
The Enclave showcases contemporary styling in homes reaching approx. 2,014 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. With construction completion on the horizon, buyers can soon preview the limited edition floorplans and tour the desirably located residences at Cassia Lane in Anaheim.  Complementary to Melia Homes’ The Enclave, Cassia Lane will also feature three-bedroom homes with two-and-one-half baths in 2,014 sq. ft.
