Lambert Ranch: above all else in Irvine

Lambert Ranch, by the New Home Company, is perched on the highlands above Irvine. It is a place that rises above all else that surrounds it. Not only because of its heightened setting and dramatic views. Not only because it is Irvine’s ONLY new home community with no Mello Roos tax assessments. Not only because it is in one of the most desirable cities and school districts in California.

In addition to all of that, here families can find themselves above all else in Irvine.

The gated community of Lambert Ranch - now having its grand opening - extends through three new neighborhoods of flexible family residences in a hillside setting of nine model homes that derive their theme from the historical origins of the ranch: The Field, The Hill & The Grove.

The Field’s homes feature courtyards, great rooms and bonus rooms. Homes at The Field have the ability to create “private quarters” with separate outdoor entrance to a living suite. These residences range from 2,730 – 3,081 square feet and offer up to five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The Hill’s residences have vistas across the valley to the coast. These homes include master bedrooms, courtyards and expansive rear yards. Residences at The Hill will feature the ability to create family compound homes, with two separate residences on a single property. They range from 3,418 – 4,095 square feet and offer up to five bedrooms and five and one-half bathrooms each.

The Grove’s homes feature guest houses that are separated from the main home yet still integrated into the overall estate. They also include generously sized courtyards, music and dining rooms, and master bedrooms. These homes range from 4,273 – 4,876 square feet and offer up to six bedrooms and six and one-half bathrooms.
