Featuring Shea Homes, K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons and William Lyon Homes

By Colleen RyanPublished: September 01, 2008

Time is running out to own one of Aliso Viejo’s most prestigious residences. Shea Homes’ Birch River at Glenwood is now selling its last two homes. The two homes overlook the fairways and greens of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Aliso Viejo Country Club. The remaining Plan 2 residences will be ready for November move-ins. With prices starting from $1.2 million, the remaining Birch River homes span approximately 4,030 square feet, including up to five bedrooms and four and one-half bathrooms, plus attached three-car tandem garages.

    K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons in Hemet has released the final phase of homes in the masters collection. With pricing from the low $200,000s, active adults 55 and better are encouraged to tour the community. With a brand-new single-level home in the gated K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Hemet community, homeowners enjoy a variety of social clubs, abundant private recreation at the spectacular Lodge and a championship golf course.

William Lyon Homes values everything local heroes do to make our cities better places to live and salutes them by offering a Heroes Discount. As a way of demonstrating gratitude, this special thank you is currently available at new William Lyon neighborhoods throughout San Diego, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties, as well as the San Gabriel Valley. “We recognize the unparalleled contributions of our local heroes and are happy to extend a 2 percent discount at select neighborhoods across Southern California,” says Carl Morabito, division president for William Lyon Homes.

“Teachers, law enforcement officials, medical professionals, firefighters and members of the military are an integral part of every community. From educating our children, to making daring rescues, local heroes make our world a more enriched, safer place to call home. Their integrity and professional commitment improve the quality of life for all citizens, and we want to recognize these invaluable efforts,” he adds.
