This leading homebuilder was recently honored with several prestigious 2011 Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards, including First Place for 'Overall Purchase Experience' for their Inland Empire/San Diego Division/High Volume Builder. The Los Angeles/Orange County Division/Large Builder also took Third Place in the previous category as well as ‘Best Construction Experience.’ William Lyon Homes was also recognized with Honorable Mention Awards in the important categories of ‘Best Design Selection Experience,’ ‘Best Construction Experience’ and ‘Highest Percent of Sales from Referrals’ for their Inland Empire/San Diego Division; and ‘Overall Home Purchase & Ownership Experience’ (“The Eliant”) for the overall Southern California Division.
