Van Daele Homes’ Sevilla at Portola Springs® and architects Bassenian Lagoni were awarded the highest honor at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, held June 23rd in San Francisco with the Gold Nugget Grand Award for Best Small Lot Single Family Detached Home.
