If you ever shopped at the Parkway Market grocery store in downtown Santa Ana in the late 1970s, you might remember Delinda Huey. The seventh-grader was working as a cashier at her father's store, and while she may not have known it at the time, she was preparing for a successful career in a different type of sales: real estate.
She first pursued a variety of business-oriented jobs before deciding to obtain her real estate license. That led to more than 10 years in resale real estate and 12-plus years in new-home sales. The Bungalows will be her fourth assignment for Christopher Homes, which she has represented since 2002. During her career, she has won numerous quarterly sales awards from the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California and has been a finalist for that organization's prestigious MAME Awards.
