According to HWMI, Meyers Builder Advisors, William Lyon Homes Southern California Operations was No. 1 in overall attached-home sales and No. 6 in overall attached and detached new-home sales in 2009.

To date, William Lyon Homes Southern California reports that over 200 homes have been sold in 2010 and has seen 214 new homeowners move-in during the first half of the year.
