To reach Edenglen: From the 60 Freeway, exit Haven Avenue and continue traveling south. Make a left on Riverside Drive, turn right on Mill Creek, and left into Edenglen.
Hirings and Promotions
William Lyon, chairman and CEO and Douglas Bauer, president and COO of William Lyon Homes, have announced the promotion of Thomas Mitchell to the position of executive vice president, Business Development and Operations.
Mitchell is a homebuilding industry veteran with diversified experience, including his 20-year tenure with William Lyon Homes where he has held various leadership positions at the division and corporate levels. For the past two years, he has served as the company’s regional president overseeing all aspects of daily operations in Southern California. In his new role as executive vice president, Business Development and Operations, Mitchell will lead and maximize the strategic efforts to identify and develop incremental business opportunities that will provide for future growth in both Northern and Southern California.
Mitchell’s extensive housing background also includes leadership positions in finance and land acquisition. Prior to joining William Lyon Homes, he worked for The Irvine Company and began his career at Pacific Savings Bank.
