New American Funding assists HomeAid OC annual donation drive
The mortgage banker helps bring basic essentials to mothers and children

Irvine-based New American Funding has partnered with HomeAid Orange County to assist mothers and children for the third year in a row during the organization’s annual fundraiser.
The mortgage banker participated in HomeAid OC’s 5th annual “Essentials for Young Lives” donation drive. A team of employees helped collect a variety of baby products, including diapers, wipes, food and other hygiene products, collecting the goods in large boxes that will be delivered to agencies across Orange County.
Service organizations including the Anaheim Interfaith Shelter, Casa Teresa, Isaiah House and Thomas Shelter will distribute the donations to mothers and children in need.
“It is a satisfying feeling to work for a company that can take the time and energy to focus on groups in need,” said Susan Malcolm, marketing team member at New American Funding. “Just knowing that we, as a company, make strides to better people's lives is respectable.”
